Description of Service:

ATS SHUTTLE is an affordable alternative for those customers who do not

require our standard chauffeured limousine and/or sedan service. ATS

SHUTTLE service provides the following pre-arranged, economy ground

transportation services:

Airport Transportation To/From;

Sacramento International

Oakland International

San Francisco International

Stockton Metropolitan Airport

Modesto City-County Airport

Airport Service:

ATS SHUTTLE provides door-to-door service TO/FROM all major airports. You

will be picked up from your pre-determined pick up location and you will be

dropped off at the terminal curb in front of the airlines you designate. On

your return, after retrieving your luggage, you will call us (209) 931-5772 and

the Shuttle will be dispatched to pick you up at curbside outside the terminal.

Certain airports have pre-determined pick up locations and this will be

reviewed with you at the time of your reservation.

General Transportation and Charters:

Shuttle service is available for general transportation and charters throughout

the Central Valley.

Fleet:

All ATS SHUTTLE vehicles are newer vans and mini-vans. Vehicles are clean,

safe and reliable. All have air conditioning and seating is comfortable.

eservations:

All shuttle services are booked on a pre-arranged basis. Recommended lead-

time is 24hrs prior to the desired pick up time. However, Shuttles are

available on an immediate basis although service is restricted depending on

the days schedule.

Prepayment Fares:

Prepayment is generally the standard for travel related services. All fares

must be paid at the time of the reservation. All major credit cards are

accepted. Of course, if you wish to pay cash please let us know at the time you

make the reservation.

Pick Up Policy:

At the time of the reservation, Customers will be given a (30) minute window

for the actual pick up time. This is due to the nature of the business and

issues relative to traffic and other unforeseen delays. Customers must be

ready once the shuttle arrives. The Shuttle will wait no longer than (5)

minutes before departing.

Luggage Policy:

Our luggage policy is similar to the airlines. Luggage is limited to (1) carry-On

and (2) checked bags. Any additions to this or if you have larger sized bags

such as golf clubs, etc; please let us know at the time of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

A full refund will be given for any reservation cancelled four hours prior to

your scheduled pick up time. There will be no refunds for reservations

canceled with less than a four-hour notice.
